【新世界發展義工活動@14.1.2023】
新世界發展參加了Furry Green 首次企業義工活動。20位來自新世界的義工同事團隊包括成年人和小朋友參加了這次活動。他們首先參觀了Furry Green食工塲，了解食物回收遇到的限制和挑戰，並幫助生產新鮮食品包裝的過程。
同事義工然後一起前往西貢愛領養動物中心，在那裡他們參觀了中心並了解了經營狗場的經驗，由中心的Jacqueline分享。義工們對Jacqueline對動物的關心和為所有動物提供安全和衛生環境感到感動。

這次義工活動不僅讓我們團隊能夠了解環保和動物權益相關的問題，更能夠為社區做出貢獻。我們期待著能夠再次舉辦類似的活動，繼續為社區做出貢獻。
On 14th January, 2023, New World Development Sustainability team has organised a corporate volunteer event with Furry Green. 20 volunteers from New World Development, including both adults and children, participated in the event. They first visited Furry Green Pet Food's food factory, learned about the limitations and challenges faced in food recycling and helped with the preparation of fresh food packaging. Then, the team went to the Sai Kung Love Adopt Animal Society, where they were given a tour and learned about the experience of running a dog shelter from the founder, Jacqueline. The volunteers were touched by Jacqueline's dedication to the care of the animals and the safe and hygienic environment provided for them. Other businesses interested in organizing similar volunteer events related to environmental and animal welfare are welcome to contact us.
