Helping your furry friend shed some pounds? It’s all about two things: how many calories they munch on each day and how efficiently their bodies turn those calories into energy. Furry Green do have a weight control recipe, but most of our meals aren’t labeled as “low-cal.” Instead, we focus on making sure every calorie your pet eats fuels their playful adventures!

Our recipes are crafted with your pet’s needs in mind. They’re low in carbs, packed with moisture, and filled with high-quality animal protein. Our food is delivered directly from our kitchen. Usually, it will take 2-3 days from order to delivery.

Portion size depends on your pet's weight, age, activity level, and health. As a starting point for neutered adult dogs without special conditions:

• Mini (≤ 5 kg / 12 lb): 1–2 packs/day
• Small (5–12 kg / 12–25 lb): 2–4 packs/day
• Medium (12–20 kg / 25–50 lb): 4–6 packs/day
• Large (20–40 kg / 50–100 lb): 6–10 packs/day

Our food is delivered directly from our kitchen. Usually, it will take 2-3 days from order to delivery.

Delivery Arrangements:

● Delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

● Delivery to Island District will be through SF Express (fee charged upon delivery).

The delivery fee starts at $60, which covers most of Hong Kong except for the islands. We offer free delivery on purchases of $500 or above.

An additional fee of $150 will be charged for special delivery arrangements (on non-designated weekly delivery dates).

● Please note any inconvenient time slots in "Remarks" upon checkout. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

● Delivery time is for reference only and is dependent on the situation of the day.

● Customer service will confirm the time with clients one day prior to delivery.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

If our attempt to deliver the Order is unsuccessful due to reasons caused by you, it will be deemed an unsuccessful delivery. Reasons include but are not limited to:

(i) No one was present to pick up the Order;

(ii) The customer remains unreachable despite contact attempts;

(iii) Lack of appropriate or sufficient ways to deliver the Order;

(iv) Lack of suitable or safe locations to store the ordered Goods.

We will not provide a refund or assume any liability for unsuccessful deliveries caused by you.

We cook all our recipes using the low-temperature sous vide method at 80°C in small batches. This process eliminates harmful bacteria while preserving the high-quality vitamins and minerals naturally found in the food.

Our fresh food packs are vacuum-sealed, frozen, and kept at -18°C. They can be kept in the freezer for up to 12 months from production. For best flavour, we recommend consuming packs within 4 months — i.e., before the "Best Before Date" on the pack. A defrosted but unopened pack can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours; once opened, please consume within 24 hours.

We use unused food surplus, but we never compromise on food safety or quality. All ingredients we use are human-grade and have not been previously cooked or seasoned.

We do not add any preservatives. The only preservation methods we use are vacuum-sealing and freezing at -18°C.

Furry Green does not source pre-minced meat. We use parts or cuts of meat that are unprocessed when received. We then process, mince, and mix the meat with other ingredients in our own kitchen.
