On March 31st, Furry Green Pets founder Pirry Leung participated in a panel discussion on effective leftover food management and turning it into valuable marketable products. The event was the final seminar in the Innovation Program Seminars Series, and was moderated by Anita Cheng, Executive Committee at the Hong Kong Chefs Association.
Pirry was joined by Carla Martinesi, CEO and Co-founder of CHOMP, and Anushka Purohit, CEO and Co-founder of Breer. The panelists shared their career journeys and tips on how they turned their dreams into reality.
The discussion was inspiring and enjoyable, and the audience left with great ideas on how to reduce food waste and create new products.
Furry Green Pets is a company that upcycles food waste into nutritious pet food. Our mission is to reduce food waste and help pets live healthier lives. We believe that every life is worth living, and that includes the lives of our furry friends.
We are proud to have been a part of the Innovation Program Seminars Series, and we hope that our participation will help to raise awareness of the issue of food waste and the importance of upcycling.
We would like to thank the organizers of the event, as well as our fellow panelists, for making this event possible.
