Eligibility for Funding
To apply for the scheme, you'll need at least one of the following:
- Listing on the Social Enterprise Directory (HKCSS)
- SEE Mark accreditation
- Tree Mark certification
- Previous government SE funding — SIE Fund, ESR, or 3E

What is the HKEX Impact Funding Scheme?
The HKEX Impact Funding Scheme provides HKD 800,000 to HKD 2,000,000 in funding to social enterprises tackling real challenges in Hong Kong. Focus areas include Financial Literacy, Social Empowerment, Talent Development, and Environmental Sustainability.
Who is eligible to apply for the HKEX Impact Funding Scheme?
Applicants need at least one of the following: listing on the Social Enterprise Directory (HKCSS), SEE Mark accreditation, Tree Mark certification, or previous government SE funding such as SIE Fund, ESR, or 3E. You don't need to be a fully registered social enterprise to attend the briefing session.
