We cook all our recipes with the low-temperature sous vide cooking method at 80 degrees in small batches. Our process eliminates any harmful bacteria whilst preserving the high-quality vitamins and minerals naturally found in the food.

Absolutely. Many of our customers use our fresh pet food as a topper or mixer for their pet's regular dry kibble.

Our fresh food packs are vacuum-sealed, frozen, and kept at -18 degrees. It can be kept in the freezer for up to 12 months upon production. To ensure its best flavor, we recommend consuming the packs within 4 months from the production date, i.e., the “Best Before Date” labeled on the pack. If the pack is opened, please consume it within 24 hours.

We use unused food surplus, but that doesn’t mean we compromise on our food safety & quality standards. All the ingredients we use are human-grade food that has not been cooked or seasoned.

We do not add any preservatives at all. The only preservation method that we use is vacuum-sealing and freezing at -18 degrees.

Furry Green does not source minced meat as ingredients. We use parts or cuts of meat that are not processed beforehand. We process, mince, and mix the meat with other ingredients in our kitchen.

Our food is delivered directly from our kitchen. Usually, it will take 2-3 days from order to delivery.

Delivery Arrangements:

• Delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
• Delivery to Island District will be through SF Express (fee charged upon delivery).

The delivery fee starts at $60, which covers most of Hong Kong except for the islands. We offer free delivery on purchases of $500 or above.

An additional fee of $150 will be charged for special delivery arrangements (on non-designated weekly delivery dates).

● Please note down any time slots where delivery is inconvenient in “Remarks” upon checkout. We will try our best to accommodate customer requests.

● Delivery time is for reference only and is dependent on the situation of the day. We will strive to ensure all deliveries are conducted on time.

● Customer service will confirm the time with clients one day prior to delivery.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

If our attempt to deliver the Order is unsuccessful due to reasons caused by you, it will be deemed an unsuccessful delivery. Reasons for unsuccessful deliveries include but are not limited to:

(i) No one was present to pick up the Order;

(ii) Despite attempts to contact the customer via the phone number provided, the customer remains unreachable;

(iii) Lack of appropriate or sufficient ways to successfully deliver the Order;

(iv) Lack of suitable or safe locations to store the ordered Goods.

We will not provide a refund, effect any remedial measure, or assume any liability to you for any unsuccessful delivery caused by you.
