Defrost Overnight

Move to the fridge the night before feeding. Allow to thaw slowly in the refrigerator for best texture and freshness.

Step 02

Warm in Water

Place the sealed bag in warm water (not boiling) for 8–10 minutes. Do not use a microwave or boiling water.

Step 03

Pour & Serve

Pour into your pet's bowl and serve immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
