香港每日約有三千二百公噸廚餘被棄置，不但浪費，亦佔用堆填區的珍貴空間。本地惜食寵物食品社企Furry Green，其創辦人Pirry說棄置的廚餘中有三成是處於可食用狀態，因此他利用回收的蔬菜升級再造，製成無添加的寵物鮮食包，讓毛孩也可以守護地球。
